With over twenty-five years of Family Law experience, Attorney Patricia S. Fernandez is able to offer her clients a level of advocacy that is second to none. The legal team at Patricia S. Fernandez & Associates specializes in Divorce, Mediation, Post-Divorce Modifications, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, and Paternity Actions. In addition to traditional legal advocacy, Pat is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution, having served as a Mediator, Conciliator and Arbitrator. Pat also serves as a Court-appointed Discovery Master, Special Master, and Conciliator through the Essex County Bar Association Conciliation Program.

Heidi Boulos accepts court appointments as a Guardian ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator; Nicole Socci and Elizabeth D’Angelo provide Limited Assistance Representation; Elizabeth also represents clients in Post-Divorce Modifications; Lindsay Coveney joined the firm after spending four and a half years as a law clerk for the Probate and Family Court.
